TroveFolio Promotions Official Rules

Last updated October 5, 2026
NO PURCHASE OR SUBSCRIPTION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE OR TROVEFOLIO PRO SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING A SWEEPSTAKES OR PROVIDE AN ADVANTAGE IN A SKILL CONTEST. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

Each promotion is sponsored by TROVEFOLIO LLC, 329 South Oyster Bay Road #2262, Plainview, NY 11803 (“Sponsor”), operator of the mobile application currently branded as TroveFolio (the “App”).

Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and any other platform through which a promotion may be advertised or accessed are not sponsors of, are not involved in, and are not responsible for administering any promotion.

Any third party that supplies a prize may be identified in the applicable Promotion Post as a “Prize Provider” or “Promotional Partner.” Unless expressly stated otherwise, a Prize Provider is not responsible for administration of the promotion or selection of the winner.

2. Eligibility

Unless the applicable Promotion Post states otherwise, promotions are open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry and have a TroveFolio account in good standing.

Promotions are void outside the 50 United States and District of Columbia and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

Employees, officers, directors and contractors of Sponsor, members of their immediate families, and persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win. For purposes of these Official Rules, “immediate family” means a spouse, parent, child or sibling, including step-relations.

Sponsor may also exclude employees, representatives, immediate family members or household members of a Prize Provider when stated in the applicable Promotion Post.

Accounts suspended or restricted for violating the App's Terms of Service, Community Rules or other applicable policies are not eligible to enter or win.

Sponsor may impose additional geographic eligibility restrictions for a particular promotion where necessary to comply with applicable law. Any such restrictions will be stated in the applicable Promotion Post.

3. Promotion Post and Promotion Period

Each promotion will have an accompanying announcement or post in the App or another location designated by Sponsor (the “Promotion Post”).

The Promotion Post will identify, as applicable:

The Promotion Post is incorporated into and governed by these Official Rules.

Entries submitted before or after the stated Promotion Period are not eligible.

4. How to Enter

The Promotion Post will state the method or methods available to enter.

Every Sweepstakes will provide at least one method of entry that does not require a purchase, payment or paid TroveFolio subscription.

Unless the Promotion Post expressly provides otherwise, there is a limit of one entry per person per promotion, regardless of entry method.

Free In-App Entry

A Promotion Post may allow eligible users to enter through a feature available to free TroveFolio accounts, such as replying to a post or completing a designated in-app action.

Promotions Using a Pro Feature

A Promotion Post may permit TroveFolio Pro subscribers to enter through a feature available to Pro accounts, such as liking or commenting on a designated post.

Whenever a paid subscription or paid feature is associated with an entry method for a Sweepstakes, Sponsor will also provide a free alternative method of entry (“AMOE”) that does not require a purchase or subscription.

Unless a different free method is stated in the Promotion Post, an eligible participant may use the AMOE by emailing support@trovefolio.ai during the Promotion Period with:

An eligible entry submitted through the free AMOE will receive the same number of entries, be included in the same winner-selection pool and have the same chance of winning as an eligible entry submitted using a Pro feature.

A purchase or TroveFolio Pro subscription will not increase a participant's odds of winning.

A participant may not obtain additional entries by using multiple entry methods unless the Promotion Post expressly permits the same maximum number of entries for all eligible participants.

Entries submitted using multiple accounts, false identities, automated systems, bots, scripts or other methods designed to circumvent these Official Rules are void.

5. Winner Selection

The Promotion Post will state whether the promotion is a Sweepstakes or Skill Contest.

Sweepstakes

For a Sweepstakes, the winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, typically within seven (7) days after the Promotion Period ends.

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

If more than one entry method is offered, eligible entries received through free and paid-feature entry methods will be included in the same drawing and given equal weight.

Skill Contests

For a Skill Contest, the winner will be determined based on skill rather than chance.

The Promotion Post will describe the applicable challenge, judging criteria or objective method used to determine the winner.

For a challenge based on being the first eligible participant to complete a specified task, Sponsor's records and systems will determine the time of completion.

If two or more participants appear to complete a challenge at the same time, or a technical issue prevents Sponsor from reliably determining the first eligible completion, Sponsor may use a skill-based tiebreaker described in the Promotion Post or another fair skill-based method consistent with the nature of the contest.

Chance will not be used to determine the winner of a Skill Contest.

Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility, compliance with these Official Rules and winner determination are final to the extent permitted by law.

6. Prizes

The applicable Promotion Post will describe the prize, its ARV and any material conditions associated with the prize.

For prizes consisting of precious metals, coins or other collectibles whose market value may fluctuate, the stated ARV represents Sponsor's good-faith estimate of the value at or near the time the Promotion Post is published. The actual value on the date the prize is awarded or delivered may be higher or lower.

Prizes are nontransferable and may not be redeemed for cash unless Sponsor expressly permits otherwise.

If an advertised prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor's reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value where permitted by law.

Prizes will be delivered only to a valid address within the 50 United States or District of Columbia unless the Promotion Post expressly provides otherwise.

7. Winner Notification and Verification

Sponsor will attempt to contact the potential winner through a direct message in the TroveFolio App and/or through the email address associated with the winner's account.

Unless the Promotion Post specifies a different period, a potential winner must respond within seven (7) days after Sponsor sends the initial winner notification.

Sponsor may require a potential winner to provide information reasonably necessary to verify identity, age, residency, eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules.

Sponsor may also require a potential winner to complete and return an affidavit or declaration of eligibility, tax documentation and/or liability and publicity release, where lawful, within the period specified by Sponsor.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the required period, fails to provide requested verification, declines the prize or is determined to be ineligible, Sponsor may select an alternate winner using the same method originally used to determine the winner.

8. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for federal, state, local and other taxes associated with a prize.

Sponsor may require a winner to provide a completed IRS Form W-9 or other tax information when required or reasonably necessary for Sponsor to comply with applicable tax-reporting obligations.

Sponsor may report the value of a prize to the Internal Revenue Service or another taxing authority and issue any tax forms required by applicable law.

9. Shipping and Delivery

For physical prizes, Sponsor or the applicable Prize Provider will arrange shipment to the verified winner's eligible address.

Sponsor may select the carrier, shipping method, insurance coverage and signature requirements appropriate for the nature and value of the prize.

High-value prizes, including precious metals, may require a signature upon delivery.

Sponsor will be responsible for arranging delivery of the prize in accordance with these Official Rules. If a properly shipped prize is lost or damaged before confirmed delivery, Sponsor may pursue any available carrier or insurance claim and, where reasonably possible and legally required, provide the winner with the prize or an appropriate substitute.

Sponsor is not responsible for loss or theft occurring after confirmed delivery, incorrect shipping information supplied by the winner, or a winner's failure to accept or retrieve a properly addressed delivery, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

10. Publicity

Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize a winner grants Sponsor permission to identify the winner by the winner's TroveFolio username and to identify the prize won in the App, on Sponsor's website and on Sponsor's social media accounts without additional compensation.

Sponsor will not publicly disclose a winner's email address, street address or other nonpublic contact information except as required by law.

Where applicable law requires Sponsor to disclose or file a winner's legal name, address, state of residence or other information with a government agency, Sponsor may make the required disclosure.

11. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify any participant who:

If fraud, technical failure, unauthorized intervention, force majeure or another circumstance outside Sponsor's reasonable control materially affects the integrity, administration, security or fairness of a promotion, Sponsor may suspend, cancel or modify the promotion to the extent permitted by law.

Where lawful, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received before the affected portion of the promotion was suspended or compromised.

Sponsor will not modify the rules of a promotion after it begins where applicable law prohibits such modification.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sponsor, any Prize Provider, Apple Inc., Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc., and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees and agents are not responsible for entries that are lost, late, incomplete, corrupted, misdirected or not received because of technical failures or circumstances outside their reasonable control.

By participating, entrants agree to release the foregoing parties from claims arising out of participation in the promotion or acceptance or use of a prize, except to the extent such claims cannot lawfully be waived or arise from obligations that Sponsor is required by law to fulfill.

Nothing in these Official Rules limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited or waived.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with a promotion will be used to administer the promotion, verify eligibility, communicate with participants and winners, fulfill prizes, comply with legal and tax obligations and for other purposes described in the TroveFolio Privacy Policy.

Information supplied solely for a free alternative method of entry will not be used to disadvantage that entrant relative to entrants using another entry method.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except to the extent another jurisdiction's law must apply.

Any dispute relating to a promotion will be handled in accordance with the applicable dispute-resolution provisions contained in the TroveFolio Terms of Service, to the extent applicable and enforceable.

Nothing in this section eliminates any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived.

15. Winners List

To request the winner information available for a particular promotion, email support@trovefolio.ai and identify the promotion within thirty (30) days after the promotion ends.

Sponsor may provide the winner's name, TroveFolio username, state of residence and/or prize information to the extent permitted or required by applicable law.

16. Applicable Law

All promotions are subject to applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations.

Sponsor may restrict or exclude participation in a particular jurisdiction when necessary to comply with applicable registration, bonding, disclosure or other legal requirements. Any such restriction will be stated in the applicable Promotion Post.
